About Tower Bridge Court

Tower Bridge Court is a project that will transform an out-of-date 1990s office building next to Tower Bridge into one of the UK’s most sustainable and healthy offices. It will be 110,000 sq ft work environment that is 100% electric and zero carbon in operation.

The existing five-storey building will be stripped back and renewed through a deep refurbishment, preserving the embodied carbon in the frame. Two floors will be added, with a third additional floor set back from Tower Bridge to create a terrace and club room.

Activity

Once you arrive on site, you will join us in our site for a health and safety briefing before putting on your hi-vis and hard hats and going out on site to see that the project is in the demolition phase, meaning there will be an open concrete frame.
