About HS2 Flannery Skills Hub

Flannery's Operator Skills Hub is a purpose built operator training centre built on HS2’s A422 Brackley Road compound in Westbury, Buckinghamshire. It is run by Flannery Plant Hire, in cooperation with EKFB, the joint venture of Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and Bam Nuttall.  Flannery has funding from the Department for Education to deliver a range of training programmes, including its two-week ‘skills bootcamp’ in plant operations, which is free to local residents over the age of 19 and ends with all the accreditation needed to start work as a plant operator in as little as 2 weeks.
