About Normandy Way Primary School
This project is a 210-place primary school for children aged four to 11.
The school will be net-zero carbon in operation, which means sustainability plays a key part in this build.
Not only is it packed full of sustainable solutions, such as a solar panel array, a timber frame and enhanced fabric walls, floors and roof, but we’re also using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and offsite manufacturing.
To get the school to net zero, we’ve used our in-house system called Energy Synergy to model data and help us make the best design decisions.
Come along to see how data modelling, good design, sustainable technology, MMC and offsite manufacturing play a part in creating net zero buildings.
