About Northminster Development
This site is helping to revitalise Northminster in Peterborough.
We are building 315 units consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and 37 townhouses as well as two ground floor units that can be used for leisure and hospitality or commercial space.
Throughout this project we’ll be using innovative construction methods including a lightgauge steel frame, brick slips and bathroom pods. This means the bathrooms for this project will be manufactured in a warehouse miles away, transported to the site and then crane lifted into place!

• Opportunity to watch live activities taking place
At the time of your visit, you’re likely to see three tower cranes lifting the panelised frame system into place from the first to second floor. As the cranes will be in operation, a full site tour may not be possible at this time.
