A four storey global headquarters for Spirax-Sarco Engineering.

The new extension is an in-situ concrete frame with flat slabs, columns and shear walls supported by piled foundations. The external envelope will be a combination of high-performance glazing, masonry walls, dressed stone and rendered finishes.

The internal layout will include a gymnasium, showers/WCs, open plan offices with open ceilings, meeting rooms, quiet break-out spaces, and plant rooms. High quality finishes will be used throughout.

Externally, the project will benefit from beautifully landscaped areas using high quality materials that will complement the aesthetics of the existing site.
