Islington Council appointed Lovell as the developer for this regeneration programme in January 2016. The purpose of this scheme is to transform the Dover Court estate with 70 much-needed new, high quality homes and a range of other improvements over 2 phases.

The regeneration creates new homes for social rent as well as homes for sale on council-owned land. The homes will be surrounded by improved open spaces, estates paths, play areas and community facilities.

On completion of Phase 1 we have provided 43 news homes of mixed tenure across 6 blocks, a community centre and new ball court. 

Phase 2 works will comprise of 27 news homes of mixed tenure across 3 blocks, landscaped 3 new open spaces, 2 new play areas and improved the estate facilities including paths and parking bays. Works commenced late 2018 and will be completed at the end of 2020.
