The 1 Broadgate project is a design and build, shell and core project which will significantly enhance the Broadgate campus and introduce a critical mass of retail space, substantially improving permeability and accessibility with direct connections through to Finsbury Avenue Square, Broadgate Circle, 100 Liverpool Street and Liverpool Street Station.

The new building will provide a vibrant mix of retail, restaurant and leisure facilities and will include:

Three basement levels

c. 50,000 square feet of covered retail space at lower and upper ground levels

c. 490,000 square feet of new office space arranged over twelve levels above

Significant new pedestrian routes through the site and across the campus
