About St Lawrence SEND School

This new school will make an interesting visit as the old school will still be operational while we are building the new one!

The new school building also incorporates a range of sustainability features including air source heat pumps, low surface temperature heating systems and electric vehicle charging points.

It is also a great opportunity to see how end-user experience is critical to a project. Accessibility and inclusion are key to ensuring spaces are suitable for SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) students.

Come along to see how the new school is taking shape.

Activity

The structure for the visit will include:

• A health a safety briefing

• An overview of the project
