The development is located in the North of the city of Cardiff, with 270 units spread across 2 phases. The tenure of the plots being 217 privately owned dwellings and 54 affordable units. The unit mix is a range of 2 to 5 bed units and includes a number of affordable apartments. The site, prior to land acquisition, was farming land.

Activity

The first phase of the development is nearing completion and is expected to be completed in July of this year. We have commenced works to both plots and infrastructure on phase 2. Activity on the site at the time of the visit will cover all aspects of the build process, ranging from laying foundations to seeing completed plots.
