One Leadenhall will be a dynamic new workspace in the heart of the City, adjacent to one of London's most historic and vibrant landmarks, the Grade II-listed Leadenhall Market. The 35 storey tower will include over 420,000 sq ft of adaptable and sustainable office space, a publicly accessible restaurant and terrace at Level 4 - providing a unique perspective over the market - and an enlarged and improved public realm activated by new retail offerings on both Gracechurch Street and Whittington Avenue.

The concrete core is constructed to Level 13/14 with the steel installation progressed to Level 8. The blockwork continues within the basement to form the walls of the Plant Rooms and the lower floor levels have been poured to Level 3-4. Within the next couple of weeks the first facade panels will be installed to the Eastern elevation of the site and we have successfully received the first large plant delivery for MEP (water tank).

During your visit we will provide an overview presentation of the project to provide you with more information about the development and we then take you for a site tour.
