One Station Square involves the demolition of the existing structure and the design and construction of a new residential development of 128 dwellings comprising of 117 shared ownership flats and 11 private sale units, with shell and core retail space to the ground floor.
The Station Island site will be a new focal point of the new Tottenham Hale District Centre and the central link in a new chain of development sites.
The building is 72.75m tall comprising 22 storeys and construction works include infrastructre works, complete with all services, associated external works and connection to mains drainage and service mains and all requisite service directions. This is being constructed above exisitng London Underground Service Tunnels forming part of the Victoria Underground network.
On arrival visitors would receive a site induction followed by a presentation covering an introduction to Kier and this specific project.
The presentation will be followed by a site tour highlighting the key apsects of ths project.
A quick Q&A session after the tour will conclude the visit.
