As part of Laing O'Rourke, Crown House Technologies Manufacturing has over 25 years’ experience and pioneered the use of offsite manufacturing for mechanical, electrical, and public health services (MEP), and is at the forefront of modern construction methods, as the UK’s leading prefabricator of modular building service products, providing a nationwide reach from a 12,000m² facility located near Birmingham.

Our highly skilled workforce can meet increased demands and fast-track programmes while maintaining optimal levels of quality, health, and safety, helping to deliver some of the UK's most inspirational buildings.

The team has a wealth of experience and unprecedented knowledge in the manufacture of MEP modules, giving CHtM the unique capability, and capacity, to supply bespoke MEP solutions for projects, for National and European clients.

Potential Apprentices, will be given a short presentation of how the business operates followed by a tour of the facility, showcasing a range of MEP product solutions, such as horizontal and vertical distribution modules, plant rooms, utility cupboards & bathroom pods.
