Hockley Mills is a build-to-rent residential development in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham.

This project will create 395 apartments, alongside a new entrance to the Jewellery Quarter train station, 116 car parking spaces and 28,000 square feet of flexible commercial space for retail, leisure and offices.
