Improvements to the perimeter footpaths and roads, including a mini-Holland style cycle scheme delivered by the Local Implementation Plan, which provides off-road cycle lanes along Forest Road, signalised crossing facilities for both pedestrians and cyclists at the junction of Green Ferry Way and Forest Road and enhanced crossing facilities at Forest Road and Blackhorse Road.
