We're adding to our track-record of transformative leisure projects with the £12.5 million project to create Daventry’s new Mulberry Place Cinema complex.

The project, for Daventry District Council, will see the former library buildings off North Street demolished to make way for a four screen cinema complex that has restaurants, a public square and splash fountains.

Procured through Major Works, England and Northern Ireland, part of the Scape National Construction framework, the Mulberry Place Cinema development is expected to take around 18 months to complete, with the cinema set to open its doors in spring 2021.

Visitors will be able to see the erecting structural steel, finished retaining walls and the concrete raft foundation being prepared and poured.
