About Battersea Phase 3A
Electric Boulevard, a new pedestrianised high street, sits at the heart of Phase 3 of the Battersea Power Station development and is already home to brands including ZARA, ZARA Home, M&S Food Hall, Leon, and David Clulow opticians. Further shops and restaurants will be opening on the high street in the coming months including Wagamama. Designed by world renowned architects, Gehry Partners and Foster + Partners, Electric Boulevard runs between the Grade II* listed Power Station and the new Zone 1 Battersea Power Station Underground station. Residents began moving into their new homes within Gehry’s Prospect Place and Foster + Partners’ Battersea Roof Gardens last year. Battersea Roof Gardens also features a 164 room hotel, art’otel London Battersea Power Station, with a rooftop bar, restaurant and swimming pool offering stunning views of the Power Station itself.
Activity
Whilst works are complete on Battersea Phase 3A and Electric Boulevard has been partially open since October 2022, internal works continue at Battersea Phase 3B as we complete the Battersea Roof Gardens building and 50 Electric Boulevard, a new smart-tech and sustainable office building for the riverside neighbourhood which is set for completion in summer 2023.
