About Latitude Purple

The Latitude Purple development includes two residential buildings at 17 and 21 storeys tall which sit over a single level of basement. A single storey podium deck is provided between the two buildings which also sits over the basement. The roof slab of the podium will support a landscaped area which will be accessible to the residents from the first floors of the residential buildings.

The Basement provides accommodation for parking (cars, motorbikes and bicycles), storage, MEP plant rooms and water tanks. The building at ground floor, beneath the podium deck, provides accommodation for parking, a substation on the south side of the building,and the main entrance and reception on the north side of the building.

There will also be extensive landscaping undertaken to the externals of the development.


During the site visit, visitors will be afforded the opportunity to review the development’s 4D planning models for the scheme, a programme overview of the construction of the project and an summary of the scheme.
