We are offering a unique opportunity for local Schools to visit Galliford Try's Head Office in Uxbridge to learn more about the 'hidden heroes' of construction.

When thinking 'construction', most people's thoughts immediately go to the site itself and the end product that the team are building - but what about the individuals working behind the scenes to support this process?  We are showcasing this year the talents of our hidden heroes.  Those that many wouldn't immediately associate with a construction site: those who purchase the materials to build the London skyline of the future, the people who win the construction projects that we deliver, the teams that work hard to ensure that the public gain a positive impression of Galliford Try and the construction industry.  Additionally, a valuable opportunity to visit an office and potentially a first taste of a live working environment.

An opportunity to visit a working construction office and meet some of the individuals who work in supporting roles in the construction industry and the part that they play in the overall construction process.

We will carry-out a careers presentation, followed by a group-based STEM-related activity and will finish with a short tour of our office and an opportunity to meet some of the staff working here.
