The buildings are set to be completely renovated, to the highest sustainability standards possible. The beautiful Victorian façades will house offices, workshops and co-working areas for local businesses, and provide start-up, small and growing businesses with affordable spaces in which to thrive
Activities
Although there are areas that we will not have access too there will still be plenty to see and experience. From ecologists on how we have been able to collect the bats so as they are not disturbed, the structural engineer on the problems they face and making the existing building safe for purpose, the architect on what the dream is and the client on the history of the building and our very own project manager on how they are managing the build and progress made and the problems encountered and much more.
