About the event
VolkerHighways is working on highway and street lighting term maintenance contracts with Bath and North East Somerset Council. The team is undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance works, maintaining areas of historical interest and outstanding natural beaty.
Some of the activities include winter maintenance, gully cleansing, street lighting, maintenance works and surfacing.
Activities
Visitors will be given a presentation overview of the project and business and careers they can expect within the industry. The visit will also involve demonstrations of plant in the yard.

Minimum age: 14 years old
Due to activities on site, age groups would need to be 14 and upwards
