Project Name – Belgrove House

Duration – 130 weeks – Completion early 2026
The project design consists of:
– Plant areas within the Basement and the Roof floors
– Lower Ground auditorium and cycle storage
– Ground Floor – Main lobby
– 3 Floors of future lab spaces
– 1 Floor mixed use space
– 5 floors future office spaces
Belgrove House started in January 2023. Most of the works are happening in the basement. Next year will be mostly the same, but potentially will have the first of the piling rigs to go up.
Activities
The visitors will arrive on site, and be given an introduction by the Construction manager on the project. They will get an in-depth overview of the project, showing AI videos of how the building with progress over the next few months.
They will get spoken too by members of the project team detailing their job role.
On the day they may have a small site specific task to complete.
They will be invited to go on a site tour, given an opportunity to spot and mitigate health and safety risks, and get spoken to by one of our sub-contractors who are on site.
