About the event

We are working together with Rugby Borough Council to deliver a £22m project to create 100 new affordable and sustainable homes. The scheme comprises of 60 one and two-bedroom apartments, 20 two, three and four-bedroom houses and 20 maisonettes.

All of the properties will benefit from renewable energy generated by solar panels and air-source heat pumps. These sources of renewable energy will help to reduce energy costs for tenants.

Activities

Visitors will be able to see the structures in place and the start of the internal fit out.
