We commenced work on Whitbread’s internal refurbishment contract in 2009 and have since maintained a positive relationship with them, carrying out refurbishments to thousands of Premier Inn hotels across the Country.
Premier Inn is the UK’s leading hotel business, with 914 hotels and more than 72,000 rooms across the UK and 60 hotels overseas. The sheer scale and volume of work required by this contract, combined with its national geographic footprint, meant that our delivery teams were presented with operational challenges from the outset.
We formed a dedicated contract management team to work closely with the client to understand the client’s specification and expectations and ensure consistency across the Country. We have a phased delivery schedule on each site which minimises disruption, ensures the highest safety standard and allows most of the rooms to remain on sale whilst the hotel is refurbished. This also minimises the site compound area required so full discretion can be maintained whilst operating in the hotels.

- Fast track Refurbishments on average 3000 rooms per year
- Premier Plus rooms and bathroom refurb works
- Major Reception Refurb works
- Bespoke project in Cardiff
- Gatwick North Terminal
Activities
Throughout the event you will hear from several Novus colleagues who will share their career experience and routes into Construction.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and understand the full delivery cycle from Bid through to Operations.
In addition to this, you will be taken on a tour of the live works to see what the on site team achieve on a daily basis.
