About the event
We are redeveloping the former Little Furze School site into a brand new purpose-built residential care facility for the local South Oxhey community.
The new 75-bedroom development, which we are delivering on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council, will provide a high-quality living and working environment for future residents and carers. The new building, which will be completed early in 2025, will provide a range of healthcare, communal and amenity facilities. Externally, the new care home will provide a wealth of tranquil outdoor spaces and car parking for residents, carers and visitors.
The project will be approximately 60% complete by the time of the visit.
