CHtM Oldbury have pioneered the use of offsite manufacturing for mechanical, electrical and public health services for the last 3 decades, helping to deliver some of the UK’s most inspirational buildings. Today CHtM is the UK’s foremost prefabricator of modular building services, providing nationwide capability from a 129,000sq. ft facility in the Midlands. Its highly skilled workforce can meet increased demands and fast track programmes whilst maintaining high standards in quality, health and safety.
