The site previously boasted a robust 10-storey office building, the former headquarters of British Telecom, and its background has enabled our development team to ensure as much of the original frame is saved as possible.

With a 75% reuse rate, the development is set to score highly in the sustainability stakes: alongside BREEAM Outstanding, we aim to hit a five-star NABERS energy-efficiency rating and a WELL Platinum certification for ensuring the health and wellbeing of the workforce, as well as savings of 465kg of CO2 per square metre by retaining the building’s structural frame.
