Hill Partnerships have secured the 1st stage of a multi-stage development in partnership with PA Housing.
Our current scope is for the following
- Block A1,
- 16 storey concrete frame building
- 94no affordable units,
- Shell and core ground and 1st floor commercial space
- Block A7
- Double storey basement plantroom,
- Ground floor parking, bin, bike stores,
- Single Storey podium.
