The Salisbury Square Development will deliver a new, purpose-built 18-courtroom legal facility called the City of London Law Courts and an industry leading City of London police headquarters equipped to combat amongst other things, fraud and economic crime across the UK and a Commercial building including offices, retail, and cycle hub. Built to the highest industry standards when it comes to accessibility and sustainability, the Salisbury Square development will be a significant addition to the already world-leading legal capabilities of the UK.

The Works will comprise the design and build of a new combined Court building, a Police headquarters building and a Commercial building including offices, retail, and cycle hub. The Works will also include the creation of a shared basement for servicing, emergency response vehicles, parking, and a shared energy centre to service all three buildings. Public realm and highway works, including an enlarged Salisbury Square, landscaping, and new pedestrian access routes, as well as works concerning the existing 2-7 Salisbury Court Grade II Listed Building, will also be included as part of the Works.
