Situated in the heart of the Canary Wharf/Isle of Dogs business district is South Quay Plaza, situated on Marsh Wall E14 in replacement of the demolished 10 storey office block and eventual two-storey retail mall for the construction of three residential blocks (SQP 1, 2 & 4) of 36, 56 and 68 storeys. The site is situated in an existing mixed area of residential commercial property close to the location of other high-rise construction projects and the Docklands Light Railway. The development will provide 1284 residential units. Project value is £600M. SQP 1 is fully handed over and SQP 4 has its first sectional handover at the end of Feb.

Visitors will be escorted around the development to provide a snapshot of the current construction stage of our project.
Our Site Management Staff will be on hand throughout the tour, available to answer any questions you may have to help understand the process seen. Visitors will be able to see the amenity floors that are open to the residents and also be able to see the build up to a finished product. |
