The main structure consists of in situ cast slabs, structural steel and light gauge steel frame with cast composite slabs to the first, second, third and roof level.

The envelope is constructed of masonry, curtain walling, timber & stone affect cladding and a rendered finish. There is a black timber effect perforated plant screen on the ballroom roof area. The ballroom roof consists of a euro clad built up system and hot melt flat roofs. The bedroom block is a joisted roof with marine ply, built up with bitumen membrane.

There will be a guided tour around the site to view the current site activities. The tour will focus on structural steel installation and concrete substructure construction.
