Tustin Estate Regeneration Phase 1

About the event

Tustin Estate regeneration will create a mixed-tenure residential development of 690 units
(council homes, key worker housing and private sale), including dedicated over 55’s housing and
reprovision of c. 200 existing homes that will be demolished in the process.

The scheme will also include the refurbishment of selected council-owned houses in the Manor Grove
area, as well as a new building for the existing Pilgrim’s Way lFE primary school, up to 1,800sqm
of ground floor commercial space and extensive landscaping including a new, upgraded park.

The Phase 1 comprises of the demolition of Hillbeck Close, Ullswater House and the garages at Manor Grove.

We will build four buildings which will provide 167 new replacement affordable homes with associated parking, 14 new terraced houses, public realm, open spaces, landscaping and ancillary infrastructure; and the refurbishment of properties at Manor Grove.
