About the event
Mace is delighted to be tasked with delivering the internal refurbishment of office spaces on levels 1-4 and 9-10 at 5 New Street Square on behalf of our client. This project aims to deliver the appearance, functionality, and amenities of a new building, with significantly less environmental impact than would result from building and fitting out a new premises.
Key elements of the refurbishment include:
- New reception area on the 10th floor
- Client suites on levels 9 and 10
- General office spaces on levels 1-4
- Catering facilities on level 9
- New internal staircase between levels 1-4
- External terrace on the 9th floor
Sustainability is at the heart of the project, with a strong focus on retaining and repairing materials where possible to minimise waste. Furthermore, the new space is designed to meet at least BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold Core certification standards.
