Wornington Green Phase 2B

About the event

Phase 2B of the Wornington Green regeneration, will deliver more than 230 new homes, of which 50% will be affordable, along with new shops and landscaping.

This forms part of the wider regeneration of Wornington Green, which will deliver nearly 1,000 new homes with no loss of social housing, new modern community facilities and the restoration of the original street pattern that was demolished when the existing estate was built in the 1960s.

We will deliver 108 social rent homes, 11 shared ownership homes, 95 private sale homes and 16 mews houses. Along with the new homes, phase 2B will include, underground car parking, amenities and plant rooms, 274 cycle spaces, ground floor commercial units, green landscape area and social space.

The project started on Summer 2022 and works are due to complete in Winter 2024;
