The Copse Project
The triangular site sits on the edge of the meadows, to the north west of the University campus. Boundary Road runs to the eastern boundary, Capon Road to the north. A line of poplar trees runs north/south on both the east and West site boundaries. This forms a buffer to Boundary Road, as well as a permeable boundary to the proposed Innovation Centre to the east.
The Meadows Student Accommodation Project consists of the following:
The construction of 2 buildings (Building 1 and Building 2) which include 634 bedrooms with en-suites (standard, double, accessible). In addition to this the following are constructed as part of this project:
Student laundry, FM offices, Cycle storage (212 spaces), 2 x accessible car parking spaces, 2 x FM staff car parking spaces
There will be a visitors area where you will be able to view the site from a PPE free area and see the progress we are making on site. One of our team members will be available to answer any questions you may have relating to the project.
