Sited on the south bank of the River Thames Woolwich which was originally known as the Woolwich Warren carried out armaments manufacture, ammunition proofing and explosives research for the British Armed forces.

Phase 3 consists of 250 apartments of new build (concrete frame), refurbishment of two Royal Laboratory Buldings (Grade II Listed), Leisure facility with pool, spa and concierge, landscaped podium areas and underground car-parking.
