The site is a grade II listed building located in Middlesbrough town centre on Albert Road, the building has four external facades constructed from ashlar stone with slate roofs built around four sides of a courtyard. Internally the building contains offices, conference rooms, courtroom, theatre, Concrete carriageway and an existing crypt  

The Work generally comprises:

Roof repairs to north turrets and carriageway

Masonry repairs, cleaning and enhancement to external façade and carriageway walls.

Replacement of existing carriageway and old fire station road construction with polished concrete.

New glazed curtain walling entrance screens

Remodelling and structural alterations in the carriageway

Refurbishment/ renewal of wall, floor and ceiling finishes to certain areas throughout.

Fit out, including new bars in the crypt and carriageway and the new box office

Refurbishment and reinstatement of historical features.

All visitor’s will have a visitor induction followed by a presentation of the project then be taken on a tour of the building where you can view the works being undertaken 

Sturdy footwear / No Heels all other PPE will be provided.

There will be 2 open tour sessions available for anyone wanting to participate at 11:00 & 13:00
