About the event
You’ll have the chance to see our service centre and depot in action which specialises in plant equipment (dumpers, excavators), tool hire and lighting! You can speak to the teams working there and get a real feel for Sunbelt Rentals.
- Plant equipment and tools hire – everything from drills, mixers and DIY equipment to excavators. forklifts and welding apparatus.
- Lighting – everything from small portable lights to the very latest tower lights which can cover huge areas up to 4500 square meters!
We have a team of engineers based here who help fix and maintain our machinery so it’s safe and ready to go out to meet the needs of our clients.
Activities
You will have the opportunity to go behind the scenes of a an operational service centre and depot!
You’ll be able to see at first-hand our equipment and the type of work we do in hiring it out and maintaining it. You will also get to meet our teams and hopefully one or two of our current apprentices, who will be on hand for some questions and answers!
There will also be an interactive activity, based around one of the machines we have available whether it be a dumper truck or drill or even some of our lighting equipment.
We will discuss the different roles and entry routes (apprenticeship, graduate) that we have available from hire controller to engineer, to highlight potential career options available at Sunbelt Rentals.
