One Millennium Bridge comprises 232,000 sq ft of sustainable, next-generation riverside workspace with spectacular terraces and outstanding on-site amenities. With wellness at the heart of the design, the building will incorporate up to 29,000 sq ft of outdoor space, with almost every upper floor having access to an outside terrace and/or balcony overlooking the River Thames.
Mace has been appointed as the fit‑out contractor to deliver 90,000 sq ft of premium Category B office space. The scheme includes a high‑end client suite, fully equipped catering facilities, a dedicated wellness suite, and a highly complex underfloor air displacement (UFAD) system designed to support the client’s performance, acoustic and environmental requirements. This appointment reflects Mace’s capability in delivering technically challenging, high‑specification workspace environments.”
