About the event
The project involves creating a new 3 storey health centre, with associated landscaping and car parking facilities. It has been designed to BREEAM Excellent standards and will deliver modern, efficient much needed healthcare to the village. The Hub will feature robust environmental design with key elements include roof PV panels, ASHP and EV charging points. HVAC systems will be used in conjunction with radiant panels and ventilation a mixture of natural and mechanical systems. The works commenced in mid May 2025 with a planned completion of August 2026 and is located on West End Road, New Rossington, which is an area to the East of Doncaster in South Yorkshire. The client is Doncaster Council and NHS Trust. Construction includes structural steelwork frame, SFS superstructure, brickwork and insulated render to the external facade.

Accessibility:Parking is provided on site, there are a set of steps to access the meeting room for the scheme presentation. Toilets are accessible, all PPE will be provided.
