Through three distinctive divisions, Construction, Shopfitting & Interiors and General Works, Barnwood’s resourcefulness, drive for quality and in-house expertise adds up to a very different company.

With roots dating back to 1962 our focus has always been on what matters most to our clients.  We work collaboratively and creatively to ensure outcomes are sustainable, cost effective and pragmatic.

The friendly, straightforward, and honest approach established by our founding directors remains the bedrock of our company ethos.  Our core values reflect our commitment to deliver social value across our business operations. This is underpinned through our company ethos ‘The Barnwood Way’.

Delivering a positive social impact is one of Barnwood core values. As an employee ownership trust, we have established an employee representative board to promote and implement our community engagement initiatives.

Employees have a direct say in how we can contribute to the local community. They are actively involved in identifying and supporting local causes.

Barnwood Limited started in 1962 as Barnwood Builders. Today things look a little different to how they did then; we have grown significantly and now have 3 divisions – Shopfitting & Interiors, Construction and General Works. We employ around 190 people.
