Our clients value the turn-key service we offer from in-house design, manufacturing and planning to site management and installation. Our facilities include a 110,000 sq.ft. factory, equipped with the very latest design and manufacturing technology, including state-of-the-art spray line technology and architectural metal works. We pride ourselves on our skilled and experienced workforce and our collaborations with principal contractors, developers, architects and cost consultants. The Mivan Apprenticeship Programme was launched over 30 years ago and continues to lead the way in producing talented and skilled craftspeople who are the future of our business. Our apprentices receive training in specialist joinery, furniture production, bench joinery and site joinery. We have a dedicated apprentice facility within our Antrim Factory with a full-time mentor. The training programme includes on and off-the-job training leading to NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Wood Occupations. A Mivan apprenticeship is an exciting way to start your career while also enabling you to earn whilst you learn. Our apprentices have the opportunity to learn from expert craftspeople. work on prestigious projects, travel to sites worldwide and to continue to progress, learn and develop even after their apprenticeship finishes.
