We are OB Construction, building better since 1975—better partnerships, businesses, communities, and people. Founded on a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, we have grown to become one of Northern Ireland’s leading construction companies, trusted for our innovative and professional approach.

As our expertise expanded, so did our ambition. In 2003, Signtime was established, bringing specialist signage and branding solutions to businesses across the region. From vehicle graphics to bespoke design, manufacture & fit of signage, Signtime combines precision with creativity, ensuring every project makes an impact. Recent projects include Hastings Hotels, NRC, Northern Ireland Audit Office. Signtime are preferred supplier for Belfast City Council, Derry & Strabane City Council & NIE Networks.

In 2007, Eden Fabrication was founded, strengthening our capability in steel manufacturing and engineering. With advanced fabrication techniques and a skilled team, Eden Fabrication delivers high-quality structural and bespoke solutions, supporting construction projects of all scales.
