Woodvale Lowry JV Ltd was established to deliver the Strule Shared Education Campus, bringing together the experience of Woodvale Construction and Lowry Building & Civil Engineering. Both companies are based in the Omagh area and have a long-standing history of delivering major construction projects across Northern Ireland.
The joint venture combines local knowledge with the capability to deliver large, complex public-sector developments. This includes experience in education projects, infrastructure works, and projects that require careful planning, phasing, and stakeholder engagement.
