The project is a new buid three storey teaching block within the University of Warwick. The facility will house upto 1000 students organised by WMG in association with the University, which will extend their current training programmes on campus. The building has taken a total contrast in facade to the surrounding buildings to become a land mark within its sector to include a high gloss red aluminium cladding system. We have a 55 week program of works that commenced from August 2018 ready for completion within September 2019 for the new teaching year.

We will introduce all the visitors to Kier with a short presentation of our project with the use of BIM and architects imagery. Once this is complete we will carry out a site tour that will include a visitors site induction, introduction to the site team and PPE. Once the site tour is complete we will finish the visit with a QA session.
