Milton Keynes Council is taking the next step to deliver the £13.5m medical centre at Whitehouse, serving 22,500 residents of Whitehead, Tattenhoe Park, and Kingsmead South.
The new centre is being built on behalf of NHS partners and, once complete, the council will enter into a lease with the NHS body that will run the new centre.
The new medical centre will become the home of medical and social care services.
