The project is situated off Oldham Road and forms the gateway to the New Cross area. The scheme will deliver 274 apartments across two buildings and includes both internal courtyard areas and roof gardens and submerged basement parking.
The two apartment blocks are 8 and 10 storeys respectively and are being constructed from a concrete precast frame, which is manufactured off site.
The overall scheme has a gross development value of circa £65Million.
