The project is situated off Oldham Road and forms the gateway to the New Cross area. The scheme will deliver 274 apartments across two buildings and includes both internal courtyard areas and roof gardens and submerged basement parking.

The two apartment blocks are 8 and 10 storeys respectively and are being constructed from a concrete precast frame, which is manufactured off site.

The overall scheme has a gross development value of circa £65Million.

The site is located 10 / 15 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria and we would encourage the use of public transport to this city centre location. 

The pedestrian site entrance is located off Marshall Street and to gain access please press the intercom.
