Building on our track-record as a market leader for hotel fit out and conversions, Willmott Dixon Interiors were appointed for a £19m contract to create the UK’s first nhow hotel. The project involves converting the nine storey building into a 190 room hotel, including a restaurant, bar, gym and meeting rooms. The 102,310 sq ft will emcompass the concept of 'Bru-Tech'.
This hotel has a unique and unforgettable design created by architect Project Orange. The interior concept is perfectly tailored to its location. Once the project completes, visitors will find themselves immersed in a world of art and design that tells a story and engages the senses; a dynamic melting pot created to surprise and inspire the guests.
Visitors will recive a tour of the site including a sneak preview of the refubishment works that are being delivered to bring to life the unique experience of the hotel. The visit will also include insight into the various career oppritunities within the construction industry

Directions | The hotel is located a 12 minute walk from Old Street Train Station. Walk north-east on Old Street / A%01/ A5201 towards City Road. Turn left onto Dingley Road. Turn right to stay on Dingley Road. Turn right onto Macclesfield Road, where you will find the site located. If travelling from Waterloo, take the number 4 bus from Waterloo Road Stop F to City University (Stop US). From here, walk straight on Moreland Street before taking a right onto Macclesfield Road where site will be located. |
