About Wellington House

At Wellington House, Willmott Dixon Interiors is delivering the refurbishment of the five-storey commercial office space in Leeds.

Features include the creation of flexible new office space and larger conference rooms for public meetings, with a reconfigured entrance lobby and internal layout that will allow better service to members of the public. Improvements to lifts and the entrance will ensure full accessibility for employees and visitors. Externally the structure will be re-roofed and photovoltaic panels will be installed to improve the building’s energy efficiency and reduce its carbon footprint.

The site tour will take visitors behind the scenes of the refurbishment and how the project is forming. Visitors will learn about the variety of roles on-site and gain first-hand knowledge and the ability to ask questions.

All visitors will be required to wear PPE and follow a safe route.

Information on Open Doors 2022 will be released shortly
