The Borough Yards development on Stoney Street within the London Bridge are of Southwark is part of a regeneration effort for the Borough area bringing new investment and activity whilst celebrating the area's cultural heritage.

The project involves the development of retail and office spaces within several new buildings and the existing structure of historic railway viaducts. With the inclusion of a Cinema and restaurants the area will bring activity for the day and the evening serving the needs of the local community as well as the commuters and  visitors who travel into the area.

Retail units under historic railway

Large Mixed use Retail and Office Building 

Two Restaurant buildings 

Underground Basement Cinema

Site activities currently span a range of construction activities including the assembly of the steel frames and construction within viaduct arches. Groundworks also continue in some areas of the project preparing for construction work for some of the smaller buildings.

From London Bridge station or underground stations follow directions to Borough Market and Stoney Street, a road lined with shops including  Borough Market follow Stoney Street towards the Golden Hind ship & The Clink Museum. The project entrance is just beneath the overhead railway bridge on the left hand side where the mural of hearts has been painted.
