Your visit will start on-site with an introduction to the project and a short briefing on Health and Safety.

You will then be kitted up to tour Phase 5 of the development, hear about the different companies involved in the project, and see the build, with experts from the housebuilders on site, St. Modwen Homes.

The tour will include infrastructure of the site, foundations, blockwork, first fix, dry lining, roofing, second fix. The tour will be conducted by the Senior Project Manager, Paul Clarke accompanied by Project Manager, Rhys Thomas.

You will also have an opportunity of meeting Site Managers Sean Barlow and Lisa Bailey from St. Modwen Homes, who will speak to you about the project management and entry routes into the industry. Lisa will also talk about her experience of working in construction from a female perspective.

You will meet various trades during the tour who will talk to you about their roles in the build process. 

This is a unique opportunity to see first hand how we build important new homes for people and we look forward to welcoming you to site to get a taste of the many exciting careers within our growing industry.
